Info from Licensor: "I was on an overpass and just so happened to see a car in the embankment out of my peripheral. Almost didn’t call 911 but something said to double back and see what’s good. Turns out a woman was alive and unconscious in the vehicle. From where she was, no one would have seen her for a while. Normal of the story: Follow your intuition. You never know who you’ll help."
