Narrative from the individual who submitted the footage: I noticed sideways rain while I was at the intersection and attempted to call my wife on a video call to show her and then I saw a couple small pieces of hail so I turned into the gas station and parked underneath the awning to not damage my vehicle and I noticed that literally as I pulled in the hail got very large I would say larger than a golf ball but smaller than a baseball and before you knew it there was nowhere else to park. Everybody in the area and pulled in underneath and the truck was on the end and blocking a lot of it, but I was still able to get ice coming through my window I was recording from the window and was down six inches but it was blowing sideways and blowing 30 ft from underneath the awning into my truck. My language is colorful so you might want to believe that out. It sounded like a freight train about halfway through the video you'll hear when I crack my window the sound was intense and it was just absolutely incredible I've lived through my whole life been through hurricane and that was just by far one of the craziest things I've been through because it came out of nowhere and lasted a long time. The gas station lost power before I left and there was visible damage to trees and plants on my way out of the gas station after.
