Ken Caryl, United States - May 22, 2025 A bobcat wandered into a home in Ken Caryl and made itself comfortable behind the TV, prompting a visit from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. Hoping to scare the animal off, deputies tried shining the green lasers from their TASER devices—thinking the big cat might react like a house pet chasing a toy. But the bobcat wasn’t having it. Completely unimpressed, it ignored the glowing dots and casually walked out the open back door when it felt like it. The Sheriff’s Office later joked that some intruders just aren’t dazzled by high-tech tricks.
