Kerrville, United States - July 04, 2025 On July 4th, Chris Osmore captured video showing severe flooding in Kerrville. Chris said, “Major Flooding happening in Kerrville, TX.” In the early hours of July 4th, a powerful flash flood hit Kerr County after a slow-moving storm dropped nearly 12 inches of rain over two main tributaries feeding the Guadalupe River and the headwaters in Hunt, Texas. The river rose dramatically, climbing almost 20 feet in just 45 minutes. It eventually surged to a peak height of 35 feet. An estimated 1.2 trillion gallons of water flooded the area, submerging homes, camps, roads, and entire communities in its path.
