Kuala Pilah, Malaysia - July 14, 2025 The construction of an additional block of the Tuanku Ampuan Najihah Hospital (HTAN) which costs RM153 million is expected to be completed in February 2026, thus reducing congestion in the existing building. Kuala Pilah Member of Parliament, Datuk Adnab Abu Hassan said that the project was previously classified as a sick project but is now back on schedule. “This visit is the second after the first working visit last year, when this project was classified as a sick project, due to delays in completing according to the set date. “The contractor informed that it was due to the MCO which caused many workers to return to their home countries and it was difficult to enter the country to return to work. The components of this project involve the construction of a six-storey main building block comprising various departments and facilities aimed at providing high-class services to the people, especially in this district.
