1. PALESTINIAN CIVIL DEFENSE TEAMS RUSHING TO ENTER TARGETED HOUSE, RETRIEVING BODIES, PLACING THEM ON STRETCHERS AND CARRYING THEM OUT GAZA, PALESTINE - JULY 21: At least five Palestinians were killed on Monday, July 21, when an Israeli airstrike targeted a residential building in Al Rimal neighborhood of Gaza City.

Civil defense teams responded to the scene, retrieving the bodies and evacuating the injured.

According to initial reports, Israeli forces carried out multiple airstrikes across the Gaza Strip throughout the day, killing at least 20 people.

Since October 2023, the Israeli army has killed nearly 59,000 Palestinians, most of them women and children, in Gaza. The relentless bombing has destroyed the enclave, nearly collapsed its health system, and created famine-like conditions.

Last November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.

Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice over its war on the enclave.
