VARIOUS OF SEARCH AND RESCUE EFFORTS; INJURED AND DECEASED BEING CARRIED TO AMBULANCE KHAN YOUNIS, GAZA, PALESTINE - AUGUST 12, 2025: At least 15 more Palestinians were killed and many others injured in Israeli genocidal attacks in the northern and southern Gaza Strip on Tuesday, according to medical sources. Eight people were killed and several others injured in Israeli strikes that targeted two homes in the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeastern Gaza City. Footage shows search and rescue efforts following the Israeli strike on the Al-Nadim family home, which claimed at least three lives. The bodies and injured survivors pulled from the rubble were transported to al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza. One more Palestinian lost his life when the Israeli army struck another home in southern Gaza City. The Israeli army opened fire on civilians waiting for aid delivery near a distribution point in Wadi Gaza, central Gaza Strip, killing one child and injuring 11 people. Five bodies were transferred to Nasser Medical Complex, along with several other injured people, after an Israeli strike targeted a tent sheltering displaced civilians in Al-Mawasi, Khan Younis, the state news agency WAFA reported. Israel is facing mounting condemnation for its genocidal war on Gaza, where it has killed nearly 61,500 victims since October 2023. Last November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on the enclave.
