The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS) reported that the casualties included a 1.5-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy.

Six children were among the wounded, while two people – a man and a woman – were rescued from the rubble.

DSNS stated that approximately 140 emergency workers and 39 units of equipment, including heavy engineering machinery, are involved in ongoing rescue operations, firefighting, and debris clearance.

Pyrotechnic teams, dog units, and psychologists have also been deployed to the site.
