Lebanon - September 03, 2025 Within just two hours, the IDF carried out two targeted strikes in southern Lebanon, eliminating two operatives linked to Hezbollah and allied groups. Earlier today, an Israeli Air Force aircraft, guided by Division 91, struck and killed Abd al-Munim Moussa Sweidan in the village of Yater. Sweidan served as Hezbollah’s local representative, responsible for coordinating between the group and residents on economic and military matters. His activities included seizing private properties to store weapons and conduct surveillance. Simultaneously, under the direction of Division 210, another strike targeted and killed an operative of the "Lebanese Brigades," operating under Hezbollah’s guidance, in the village of Shebaa. The IDF stated that these activities constituted violations of the Israel-Lebanon understandings and reaffirmed its commitment to removing any threats against Israel.
