CHARLOTTE, US - SEPTEMBER 11: A memorial has been established in Charlotte, North Carolina, for Iryna Zarutska, a 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee who was killed in an unprovoked stabbing last August.

The memorial, set up at the East/West Blvd train station where the attack occurred, was adorned with flowers and candles as people gathered to mourn her loss.
