With just one day remaining for the start of Sharadiya Navratri. Under the influence of several special coincidences and auspicious constellations, Goddess Durga will be present in thousands of Durga Puja pandals, barwaris, and homes from September 22nd. Members of various puja committees and devotees of the Goddess are eagerly awaiting the completion of the idols. Sculptors in various parts of the city are also working tirelessly day and night to craft the idols. To transport these idols, ranging from 3 feet to 15 feet, people from not only Prayagraj but also from surrounding districts are reaching the idols being made near Bhardwaj Ashram and in the Colonelganj area. But for them, the most special day is when they bring the idol to their puja pandal, where people stay awake all night, waiting to see the goddess. Gautam Banerjee, Dhoomanganj Durga Puja Committee.
