A tourist's iPhone recorded its own demise after it was knocked out of its owner's hand by a longhorn cow and subsequently ran over by a tractor.

The filmer told Newsflare: "While feeding long-horn cattle at the Global Wildlife Center in Folsum, LA, from a tractor tram, the horn knocked my phone from my hand and then lands under the tractor and gets run over by the tire face up as it was filming—capturing the entire mishap on video!

"The phone did not immediately shut down after is was crushed. A ranch-hand brought it back to me and it uploaded the video to the cloud and I found it a week later from my new iPhone 17."
