This is the hilarious moment a jogger tripped while attempting to hurdle over a roadside barrier.
Footage shows Jason Lapagton sprinting toward the metal barricade in Davao, the Philippines, before misjudging his jump and crashing headfirst onto the ground.
His visibly shocked friend quickly rushed over as Jason sat dazed on the tarmac, touching his face on August 25.
Jason later said: 'I just felt like an athlete, so I attempted to hurdle. I ended up with bruises on my knee and face, but I was fine.'
