Porcupine pierces fruit with quills in Sichuan, China
On October 20, 2025, in Sichuan, China, @Qiānqiānháozhūjiǎngháozhū shared a video showing the interaction between a porcupine and a fruit. In the video, the porcupine is inside its enclosure while someone dangles a fruit tied to a stick. The porcupine repeatedly attacks the fruit, and several of its quills pierce it, producing loud cracking sounds with each strike.
