WIDE SHOTS OF MASSIVE FLAMES RISING FROM TARGETED AREA (2 SHOTS) RAMENSKY DISTRICT, MOSCOW OBLAST, RUSSIA (RELEASED ON NOV. 1, 2025) (USERS MUST CREDIT: " MAIN INTELLIGENCE DIRECTORATE OF THE MINISTRY OF DEFENCE OF UKRAINE” HANDOUT, MUST NOT OBSCURE LOGO — EDITORIAL USE ONLY) Ukraine's Defense Intelligence (DIU) has claimed responsibility for an attack that disabled a key Russian oil pipeline, according to a report by Ukraine's state news agency Ukrinform.

The DIU stated that the "Moscow Ring Oil Pipeline" in the Ramensky district was put out of service on October 31. It described the pipeline as a critical facility supplying fuel to the Russian military.

In a statement, the DIU claimed that all three lines of the pipeline, used for gasoline, diesel, and aviation fuel, were destroyed simultaneously. It asserted that the pipeline has been completely disabled.

Russian repair crews and security services have been dispatched to the site, according to the report.

The intelligence service stated that the operation deals a serious blow to Russia's military logistics and economy. There has been no immediate official comment from Russian authorities on the claim.
