On Monday, Nov. 3, long lines formed outside several branches as residents attempted to withdraw money, but many were unable to complete transactions due to limited funds available.
Locals say the situation has left families struggling to cover basic needs, even after banks resumed operations under restricted conditions.
Israel has killed nearly 69,000 people, mostly women and children, and injured over 170,000 others in attacks in Gaza since October 2023.
