At today's hearing the prosecution asked for a remand sentence ,which was denied , Laurie is a diagnosed with asperger syndrome , here he tells us how he feels . the case returns to the courts in september .

(Electrical engineering student Love is facing potential extradition to the United States for his alleged involvement in #OpLastResort, the series of online protests that followed the persecution and untimely death of Aaron Swartz. If convicted in the United States, Love faces a maximum sentence of 99 years.

The new court date follows two days of oral arguments on 28 and 29 June. Love’s case is expected to form the first substantive test of the forum bar introduced in the wake of the Gary McKinnon case.)
