Typhoon Kalmaegi has flooded towns across the Philippines, causing widespread disruption for residents.

Drone footage shows the severe inundation, with locals wading through murky waters in Talisay City, Cebu, at around 7:30 am local time on November 4.

Resident Liza Macajelos said: 'Power has been restored, and the water supply is back, though the flow is still weak. The streets are still flooded, but they are passable now. Just be careful, as it's slippery and very muddy.'

Kalmaegi, locally known as Tino, has killed at least 92 people and displaced hundreds of thousands across the country. Another 26 people are reportedly missing.

State weather bureau PAGASA said the storm dumped more than a month's worth of rain in just 24 hours in Southern Leyte and Cebu.

Kalmaegi is forecast to leave the Philippine area of responsibility by late Wednesday or early Thursday.
