The incident was reported around 1:23 p.m. after the big rig went over the right-side embankment and came to rest across the off-ramp in a jackknife, prompting a full closure. Pasadena Fire Department crews and heavy-duty tow equipment were requested due to the extensive recovery operation needed to remove the truck. No injuries were immediately reported. The off-ramp remained shut down as crews worked to clear the scene.
