UAE: Indian HAL Tejas fighter jet crashes in Dubai Airshow, pilot killed
An Indian aircraft crashed on Friday during a demonstration at the Dubai Air Show, killing the pilot. The Indian HAL Tejas fighter jet crashed around 14:10 local time (1010 GMT) while flying a demonstration flight. The Indian Air Force said in a statement that it "deeply regrets the loss of life and stands firmly with the bereaved family in this time of grief."
