Info from Licensor: "Driving south on I-25 in Colorado Springs, a tire from a nearby truck is dislodged and bounces into the path of oncoming traffic. One vehicle hits and runs over the loose tire which damaged their vehicle. The truck driver that lost the tire continued on their way possibly not knowing that they lost a tire at all."
