Berlin, Germany - November 30, 2025 "On a cold, overcast Sunday, November 30, 2025, pro-Israel demonstrators gathered at Bebelplatz in central Berlin before marching toward the Brandenburg Gate. Participants held Israeli flags and signs condemning rising antisemitism in Germany. Rabbi Yehuda Teichtal of Chabad Berlin and politician Karoline Preisler joined the rally, speaking with attendees and urging public solidarity with Jewish communities. Police accompanied the march as it moved along Unter den Linden toward the city's most iconic landmark.Soundbite – Karoline Preisler:"Over the past years, I've faced my share of hostility, but it is nothing compared to what happened on October 7, 2023. Hamas, along with other terror groups and civilians from the Gaza Strip, attacked Israel, massacred people, tortured them, abducted them, and raped women. It is a scandal that these crimes received so little attention. Instead of marches in solidarity with the victims and the Jewish community, we saw demonstrations showing sympathy for the perpetrators. That's why it was important to me to call out this blind spot. Today, we come together to continue that message. Antisemitism is wrong, whether it comes from Islamists, the far right, or the far left.
