Saigon's War Remnants Museum Depicting the Two Indochina Wars
It's 50 years since the end of the second Indochina ( America) war (30 April 1975) when a Vietnamese tank crashed through the gate of the presidential palace in Saigon. The first Indochina war (France) was from 1945 till 1954.
The museum has photo displays and captured or abandoned military weapons. Tanks,planes.helicopters and a gunboat are on show and there are videos of the horrors of war.
It is popular with visitors.
