Footage shows the waterfowl struggling to float in a pond and waddle around the park, prompting visitors to carefully capture it and remove the wires from its webbed feet in Yunnan, China.
They can be seen luring the bird with food, and once it stopped at the bank, they quickly moved to grab it onto dry land on November 24.
The holidaymakers can then be seen untangling the tight cords from its legs while holding it steadily.
After being freed, the black swan lifted its head toward the crowd, nodding repeatedly as if expressing gratitude.
