According to a post by Türkiye's Ministry of National Defense, Bayraktaroglu traveled to Saudi Arabia to attend the High-Level Military Dialogue Meeting.
He was received with a military ceremony by Al-Ruwaili upon arrival in Riyadh.
Following the ceremony, the two commanders held bilateral and delegation-level meetings. Officials signed the final report of the High-Level Military Dialogue Meeting.
The ministry also shared footage from the ceremony.
