Exclusive- Rare cactus bloom draws hundreds of bees—TikTok clip from Florida hits 357.7K views
A stunning overnight bloom on a large Peruvian apple cactus has gone viral after hundreds of bees swarmed its flowers at dawn. The clip, posted by @disasterdina, has now reached 357,700 views.
Dina said the cactus typically blooms only 3 to 5 times a year, usually producing 5 to 10 flowers at a time. But this particular bloom was extraordinary — nearly 50 blossoms opened at once, creating a rare display that lasted just a single morning before the petals fell.
She woke up early to check the cactus, only to find hundreds of pollinating bees covering the flowers. Dina described the moment as “absolutely beautiful and a real treat,” adding that she doubted anyone would ever see a cactus with more flowers or more beauty than this one.
