4. VEHICLES TRANSFERING RESCUED IMMIGRANTS NAPLES, ITALY - DEC. 17, 2025: The rescue vessel Life Support, operated by the Italian humanitarian NGO Emergency, docked in Naples harbor in southern Italy on Wednesday, Dec. 17, carrying 113 rescued migrants.
The Life Support previously saved 44 individuals from a distressed vessel in Malta's search and rescue area on December 14.
In addition, the ship saved 69 individuals, among them three minors traveling alone, during the early morning hours in the open waters of Libya's search and rescue area on December 13.
