Los Angeles, United States - December 29, 2025 12/29/2025 08:31 am GMT-0800 LANCASTER, Calif. — At approximately 8:31 a.m., an expanded traffic collision was reported Monday morning at Cedar Avenue and West Avenue J, prompting a response from the Los Angeles County Fire Department (LACoFD) along with Los Angeles County deputies. Upon arrival, firefighters located a female patient in critical condition. Crews used extrication tools to access the vehicle while paramedics provided advanced lifesaving measures. CPR was actively being administered before the patient was transported by ambulance to a local hospital. Multiple LACoFD units responded to the scene. Following patient transport and scene stabilization, remaining units were cleared. The cause of the collision remains under investigation. Traffic was impacted in the area during emergency operations.
