near miss between two vehicles in the UK.
Whilst following a car in front another emerged at pace from a side road, failing to give way to the car ahead. In doing so they nearly collided, forcing the driver in front to take evasive action and mount the verge to avoid them. The offending driver then drove off oblivious to their actions.
Driver in the victim car was shaken but otherwise unhurt.
Dashcam driver stopped and checked the driver was OK.
