Thousands Rally Against ICE Inside Minneapolis Target Center Amid Subzero Cold
Video shows thousands of anti-ICE protesters entering Minneapolis’s Target Center on January 24, 2026, braving subzero temperatures to attend a mass rally calling for federal immigration agents to leave Minnesota.
Footage captures tightly packed crowds in winter clothing moving up escalators and filling arena seats, with “ICE OUT” displayed on the scoreboard.
Organizers estimated attendance at between 10,000 and 20,000 people, marking one of the largest immigration-related protests in the city since 2020.
The rally took place during a broader statewide shutdown that saw schools and some businesses closed, underscoring the scale of mobilization around immigration enforcement.
