Shocking footage has emerged from London, UK, of a cyclist shouting at a bus driver after he allegedly caught him using his phone while driving.

The video, shot on Sunday, shows the driver, apparently with the smart phone in his hand, talking back to the angry cyclist, as they both head down Ludgate Hill.

The cyclist later alleged online: ''As the bus drives past me I see that he is holding his phone in the left hand, so I approach the bus and realise he had his betting app on the phone.

''He said there was traffic and he could not drive anywhere and he continued moving the bus forward."

I was cycling down Ludgate hill I see a bus blocking the junction, as a former bus driver I can easily see when something it's not right with the driver. I look closely at the driver and I realise he was accelerating and breaking not even paying attention on the road, his eyes were looking at somewhere else.. As the bus drives past me I see that his holding his phone on the left hand. So I aproach the bus and realise he had his betting app on the phone. I asked him he was driving a bus and placing bets he actually said yes! also asked him if he was out of his mind?? said there is traffic he ain't driving anywhere. As he continues moving the bus forward. Then he takes the right hand off the steering and the left hand his holding his phone.. That's when I ask him to put his phone away, the fact that he did not acknowledge what he was doing was wrong made me realise that I need to report him as one day something serious may happen and I am not gonna forgive myself if his involve and I could have reported him and have him retrained on driving a london bus safely on the busy streets on the capital
