I have muted parts of this video due to my language...I wasn't expecting her to hit my car and it gave me quite a shock.Whilst driving through Birmingham in a 30mph zone, I approached a narrow road where a truck was parked on the opposite site and therefore requiring oncoming traffic to give way to traffic heading in the direction that I was heading.As I approached, I noticed a grey VW Polo approaching at speed, I clearly had right of way and continued expecting that the VW Polo driver would stop and await me passing, however the female driver decided to squeeze through the impossible gap, and collided with the side of my car, before then leaving the scene without stopping.A disgusting piece of driving, and worse still her insurance company (Zenith Insurance) are failing to respond to my insurance company's attempts to contact them to pay for the damage to my car.** UPDATE **I posted this video to the Facebook page for Zenith Insurance, they responded the same day to admit full liability on behalf of their insured driver, the claim has since been settled and I'm now happy! The power of social media!
