Gung-ho driver causes crash at a Roundabout (UK Dashcam footage)
Whilst travelling across a Roundabout, another driver came out of nowhere at high speed, fails to give way, and crashes straight into me as a result, causing over £4,000 worth of damage to my vehicle. The third party later went on to deny all liability, instead claiming they were on the roundabout first. My insurance company said if it wasn't for my Dashcam capturing the footage, it is likely the incident would have been ruled as 'joint liability', which would have meant my insurance paying half of the total costs and also loosing my no claims bonus.
