Shocking footage has emerged from Nepal of a paraglider performing some kind of acrobatic manoeuvre only for it go wrong and send him plunging to the ground.
The video, filmed in Nepal on October 21, shows Richard Binstead attempting a trick called a 'Sat' but he "locked into a spiral and followed instruction to the water."
The impact caused Richard minor back injuries but he wasn't badly hurt.
