Rear ended by a woman not paying attention to the road
I was stationary at a set of traffic lights on Park Road, Oldham next to Alexandra Park, the Nissan Juke driver also stopped behind me with plenty of room, but then her head disappears into the passenger side (distracted by her son in the passenger seat). Her car starts to roll forward, all the time her head isn't visible until impact where her head pops back up. She has admitted fault although wants to pay personally for the damage to my car which is estimated at £900-£1000.
Please blank out Nissan Juke registration plate and faces.
