In video filmed on October 20, the lioness can be seen approaching the unsuspecting lion and slapping it on its behind.

After the slap, the other members of her female pride start calling loudly in unison.

Writes the Newsflare member: "Why this lioness slapped the male lion is not clear. Maybe he was "lazy", maybe he "cheated" on her? What is clear, is that she and her fellow female pride members were not happy with him.

"After the slap, they all started calling in unison while he also announced his presence by calling as loud as he could. A strange wildlife sighting indeed!"
