Unecspected meeting at the North Pole
During his solo crossing of the Arctic Ocean, Norwegian polar explorer Borge Ousland receive an unexpected visit after reaching the North Pole. Businessman Ibrahim Sharaf from the UAE, in his traditional Arab dress, had taken the trip with helicopter from nearby Russian polar station Barneo. This was the fist person Borge met after 52 days alone on the ice. A meeting to remember and the two later became good friends.
