First ever triple liquid nitrogen coke coca cola bottle rocket used to launch Chinese book

Jacob Strickling, Australian Science Teacher and YouTuber has had his first book 'Make Science Fun' translated into Chinese and sold in China. To launch this new book Jacob made a triple bottle rocket that looks similar to a Chinese Long March rocket.
The rocket is made from a lightweight cardboard tube, a foam nose cone and three diet coke coca cola bottles. A bucket modified into a three way funnel is used to add about a litre of liquid nitrogen to the inverted bottles.
The rocket is then spun the right way around. The liquid nitrogen rapidly turns to a gas and interacts with the carbon dioxide in the diet coke, causing it to come out of solution. These gases force the coke down out of the rocket, and according to Newtons Third Law, the liquid coke and gases push up on the rocket accelerating it upwards.
In the first attempted launch a special device which Jacob made is used to hold and launch the rocket. Unfortunately there was too much friction and the rocket did not take off. For the second and successful launch Jacob just held the rocket in his hands.
The background noise are cicadas which come out every couple of years in the Australian summer.
