This is the terrifying moment an out-of-control bus smashes through a toll booth - straight into an oncoming car.

Kevin Rodriguez approached the checkpoint before coming to a stop on the road in Pampanga, Philippines, on January 17.

The coach careered towards the gap - sending one worker jumping for his life - then smashes into Kevin's silver Mitsubishi.

Among the victims was Kevin's pregnant friend who fortunately sustained only minor injuries and bruising.

His dashboard camera filmed the incident that happened as they were about to pass by the toll booth.

Kevin said he was angry with the bus company for not doing more to help him after the accident.

He said that after they agreed to settle, representatives from the bus company disappear and even even his wrecked car is not yet repaired.

Kevin said: ''We're lucky that we were not more seriously hurt. The least the people responsible could do is pay for our car to be repaired.

''My office colleague is pregnant and she was very badly shaken by the accident.''
