Sunday, August 16, 2018, at 11:20 a.m. typhoon Mangkhut blast on the Hung Hom Ferry Pier seafront getting stronger. Seawater floods the streets around the pier. Bus terminal looked shattered and the ticket box tumbled.

When the T10 level winds, a white-black car seems speeding trying to cross a puddle of water through the road on the left side, then stops when faced with the terrible wind.

In the video (time code 01:19) Mia the filmer's voice said, "The terrible of typhoon Mangkhut make driver hesitant to continue the journey and chose to moving backwards."

"This is in Hong Kong. There is a storm in Hong Kong," Mia said in her video explaining the location of the typhoon Mangkhut.

The black-and-white car again looks set to cross the storm. This time the driver chooses the road on the right side that has not been flooded by sea water. With confidence the driver desperately cut across the storm and moves away.

The driver was lucky, because shortly after that typhoon Mangkhut increased to the level of T12, make the bus in the terminal toppled, and more trees collided, some of them hit the bus.
