Masked robbers break into mobile shop and steal only smartphones
Masked robbers broke into a mobile phone store and targeted only smartphones.
The robbers came to store at 2:30 am in an SUV on January 9 and got into the shop after breaking open the shutter.
Police said the selected smartphones costing more than Rs 5,000 and put them in their bags.
They didn’t touch feature phones, which cost around Rs 1,000.
The robbers also took away money lying in the store’s cash box.
Police said the robbers took away phones and cash worth Rs 50 lakh and have started investigation with the help of of the CCTV footage at the store.
