A kind-hearted passerby rescued an abandoned puppy tragically found crying beside another dead puppy in southern China.

The video, filmed in the county of Daying on October 25, shows a puppy staying beside its dead friend and howling sadly on a road.

The local resident Mr Xiong drove past the area and spotted the puppies. So he stopped his car to check them and found one puppy has already died and the other one was weak.

Xiong wrapped the alive puppy up with an apron that he found in his car and took it back to his warehouse to take care of it.

He said it was a pity that the puppy was abandoned when it was so small. He hoped that dog lovers can come to adopt it.

（10月25日）下午，四川大英县市民熊先生路过天保牌坊附近时，发现两只小狗在马路边抱团取暖。当时正在下雨，熊先生随即停车上前查看。

在马路边，熊先生发现，其中一只小狗已经死亡，而另外一只也已经奄奄一息，趴在死去的小狗身上，熊先生用手摸了摸小狗的头，小狗慢慢抬起头望着熊先生大声哀嚎，声音略带沙哑，似小孩哭声。

看到这一幕，熊先生心里隐隐作痛，从车上翻出围裙，将活着的小狗包裹起来带回了仓库并悉心照料。

熊先生说，这么小的狗狗就被丢弃，实在是太可怜了，希望有爱狗人士来领养。
