A drunk man emerged miraculously unscathed after falling down onto the tracks while boarding a moving train in central India.

According to reports, the man was drunk at the time of the incident, which took place at the Damoh railway station in Madhya Pradesh on November 11.

Video shows him curled up on the ground as the moving train passes over him, mere inches above his head, before he was able to be safely helped onto the platform.

According to the reports, the young man was trying to board the Dayodaya Express when he had his fall.

Visual shows the man curled up on the tracks as the train moves at a high pace above him. He stays there motionless, while the people on the platform notice him and alert the passengers to stop the train.

As soon as the train stops, others ask the man to come out.

Listening to the instructions, the man gets up from the tracks and comes out from under the train with help from others.

According to the reports, the young man was in an inebriated state while he tried to board the Dayodaya Express.

Fortunately, he stayed in one place and was safely exited later.
