Kind-hearted passersby lift car up together to free trapped child in China
4月23日上午8时47分，在攀枝花市交警支队四大队辖区内制冷公司路段，一儿童骑着滑板车迅速冲进马路，在滑行一段距离后摔倒，并摔入正在行驶的越野车底部。庆幸的是，越野车当时车速缓慢，司机反应及时，并未对儿童造成进一步的伤害。随后，周围群众合力把越野车抬起，将幼童救出并送医治疗。目前，小朋友身体状况良好。
按照《道路交通安全法实施条例》第七十四条有关规定，行人在道路上不得使用滑板、旱冰鞋等滑行工具，不得在车行道内坐卧、停留、嬉闹。同时，《道路交通安全法》第六十四条有关规定，学龄前儿童以及不能辨认或者不能控制自己行为的精神疾病患者、智力障碍者在道路上通行，应当由其监护人、监护人委托的人或者对其负有管理、保护职责的人带领。（视频由四川台提供）
