This is the amusing moment a supermarket worker plunges into a hole and gets soaking wet while walking through floods in Bali, Indonesia.

The shop worker was carrying boxes on his shoulder while wading through the deluge in the Badung district of the popular tourist island.

However, the knee-deep water caused by heavy rain prevented him from seeing a drop in the road, which he walked straight into and plunged into the water, which came up to his shoulders.

His colleagues and other locals burst out laughing as they watched the shop assistant walk back while dripping with water. Bali experienced heavy rain which leads to flooding on parts of the island.

The Indonesian island is experiencing its annual rainy season, which sees powerful tropical rain downpours.
