A driver miraculously survived after a semitrailer shaved off one side of his minibus on a highway.

The terrifying video, filmed in the city of Taizhou in Zhejiang Province on January 30, shows a truck trailer shaving off the side of a minibus stopping on the roadside of Taizhou–Jinhua Expressway.

The minibus driver was seen sitting on the road after the semitrailer drove past the area.

According to the minibus driver named Huang, a tyre on his vehicle exploded so he stopped on the hard shoulder of the highway.

When Huang was about to get tools to change the tyre, the semitrailer driving past his minibus destroyed his vehicle.

Since Huang only put the warning sign around 50 metres behind his minibus, it was too late for the semitrailer to brake when the driver noticed the sign from 100 metres away.

The semitrailer driver took the main responsibility and the minibus driver took the secondary responsibility of the incident.

马某说，事发路段刚好是弯道，受视线影响，等自己发现面包车时已经来不及了，最后他带了 一点方向，但还是和面包车发生了碰撞。

面包车驾驶员 黄某：车子炸胎了 我刚准备换轮胎

原来，事发前，面包车炸胎后，司机 黄某 将车停靠到硬路肩上，左后尾部还占用了部分慢速车 道，随后黄某将警告标志只放置在车辆后方50米左右，不符合车后方150米的要求，之后黄某准备拿工具 自行换轮胎，就在这时，后方半挂车避让不及，直接削掉了面包车半个车身。遭遇这惊魂一刻，黄某瘫坐 在地上，所幸毫发无伤躲过一劫。最终，交警认定，此次事故，半挂车驾驶员负主责，面包车负次责，交 警再次提醒，当车辆在高速上发生事故或故障时，要牢记“车靠边，人撤离，即报警”的处置要诀，车辆 后方150米以外设置警告标志，人员要及时转移到护栏外或是安全地带。（视频由浙江台提供）
