This is the moment a Japanese air racing world champion drew a smiley face in the sky in Tochigi prefecture, Japan on March 22.

The air racer, Yoshihide Muroya, drew the cute smile using his aircraft. The racer has flown in Fukushima, Miyagi, Shizuoka and is planning to draw another smile in Tokyo on March 31 if the sky is clear.

He said: ‘I’m often depressed, so I hope I can refresh my mood by looking up at the sky for just a few minutes.’
