A serious case of negligence has come to the fore during the demolition of a dilapidated residential building in central India's Madhya Pradesh on June 13. The incident took place in Varni Colony in Sagar.

Visuals feature the residential house tilting to the other side, following which the municipal corporation staff reaches the site to demolish the weakened structure. However, due to their carelessness, they twist the house in the wrong direction, resulting in the demolition of the building, as well as the roof of their neighbor's house. Due to this, a commotion occurs in the area as the residents become furious seeing the extensive damage. Nevertheless, the officials announce and promise to help them in rebuilding their house from their end.

Sanjay Jain's five-storey residential house was vulnerable from its origins and was leaning towards their neighbor's home. Observing the condition of their building, Sanjay contacted the Sagar Municipal Corporation and sought help from them before it caused any further damage to the other properties. Following this, a team with excavators reached the spot and began to demolish the structure.

However, during the process, the excavator spins the building in the opposite direction, following which the neighboring roof crumbles down to the ground due to the massive blow. The owner of the house, Chetan Jain, immediately demanded compensation for the loss while the authorities gave them their guarantee to repair the loss they incurred.
