Orphaned baby albino elephant, Khanyisa, receives a milk bottle from HERD founder, Adine Roode
Khanyisa the orphaned albino elephant was rescued from a poacher's snare in January 2020 and came to Hoedspruit Elephant Rehabilitation and Development for rehabilitation and care.
Khanyisa gets a milk bottle every three hours and will require milk bottles for at least the next 2.5 years.
In this video, HERD founder Adine Roode, gives Khanyisa her bottle while she's out with her new herd of rescued elephants.
