A calf charged into a house in Jamnagar, Gujarat, and crashed through a cradle where a 4-month-old baby was sleeping.

Footage from September 8 shows the animal enter the house and exit shortly after with the cradle still stuck around its body.

Fortunately, a family member managed to pluck the baby out of the cradle.

Locals are reportedly upset with cattle freely roaming on the roads.

A calf entered a house in Jamnagar's Bardhan Chowk Deraphali today and snatched the Cradle along with a child sleeping in the Cradle However, the child's grandfather saved the child.


Grandfather who was at home this morning and was swinging his four-month-old sleeping grandson. At this the calf came running and went straight to the bedroom of the house, and picked up the Cradle in which was also the child, and put it in the horns.

Hematbhai Grandfather used this time indicator for the safety of the child. After lifting the baby from the cradle, other family members came to the rescue and pulled the calf out. In the incident, a four-month-old baby was narrowly escaped.
